I had a wonderful stay in this hotel. The staff at the reception were very friendly and always greeted me with a warm smile. The hotel is located right opposite to a popular mall, making it convenient for shopping and dining. The cleanliness of the rooms and washrooms was impressive. Additionally, the location of the hotel in this city was ideal as it provided easy access to everything I needed.

It is right opposite to the mall, allowing guests to enjoy the proximity to a variety of shops and eateries in the area. the spacious and clean rooms provide a comfortable stay, and the staff is polite and helpful.

Some guests have reported noise disturbances during the night, which may affect light sleepers.

During my Christmas stay, I absolutely loved the convenient location of this hotel. It was situated right opposite a mall, making it incredibly easy to grab a quick bite or do some shopping. there was a supermarket nearby, which was a major convenience for stocking up on any essentials I needed.

One aspect that could be improved upon was the complimentary breakfast. It was sourced from local eateries, which resulted in a less than satisfactory meal.

Our experience was overshadowed by the unclean and unhygienic conditions of the hotel. the bedding and towels were dirty and looked unclean, which made us feel uncomfortable.
